Engineer in Materials Engineering (EEIGM, INPL), I had the opportunity for fifteen years to occupy various functions in Research & Development of implantable medical devices and active medical devices. During these different experiences, I played a major role in all the phases of designing a MD, from the issue of the need and requirements to its post-market surveillance, including development, industrialisation and process validation phases.
During my last experience in medical industry, I co-developed a simple and scalable tool to optimize the control of the technical documentation necessary to demonstrate products compliance, a real help for project management. This allowed my team et me to obtain in 2007 the CE marking of a miniaturised laser controlled by an RFID tag for medical use, in less than one year.
I co-founded nexialist in 2012 with Julie Coste and Vincent Castéras. In parallel to my technical support to our team, I now carry out the functions of CFO and Director of Human Resources. As such, I place people at the center of our organisation, because progressing together and mutually enriching each other are part of my core values.
